Service Description
Our 2-Day Pro Kitchen Fitting Essentials Course is a practical, hands-on training course designed for beginners, career changers and tradespeople who want to build confidence with essential kitchen installation skills. You’ll train in a practical workshop environment using professional tools and materials, covering setting out, levelling, fitting and securely fixing kitchen base and wall units, working accurately around kitchen layouts and developing good installation practices. Training runs over 2 full days from 8:00am–5:00pm, with a maximum of 4 learners to allow plenty of practical time and tutor support. No previous kitchen fitting experience is required.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment A place on any course is only confirmed once payment has been received in full or a deposit/payment plan has been arranged. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days before the course start date, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. 2. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future course date if at least 21 days’ notice is given. If a student fails to attend without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations & Refunds More than 21 days before the course: Deposit retained, balance refunded. 14–21 days before the course: 50% of total course fee retained. Less than 14 days before the course: Full fee retained, no refund. In exceptional circumstances, management may offer a transfer to another course date at its discretion. 4. Payment Plans Students on instalment plans must keep payments up to date. Failure to make payments by the agreed dates may result in removal from the course without refund. 5. Course Transfers One transfer to a future course date is allowed if at least 14 days’ notice is given. Additional transfers may incur an admin fee of £100. 6. Attendance Students must attend all scheduled sessions of the course. Late arrival or absence may result in missing key assessments and could affect certification. 7. Company Cancellations In the unlikely event that Professional Tiling Training Centre ltd has to cancel or reschedule a course, students will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
